The total combined area of the pier (5’x 90’), gangway (3’x 24’) and the covered boatlift (17’x 28’) is 998 sq. ft. The structure will be attached to an existing rock sea wall.

- The project consists of construction of a new pier, gangway and boatlift as an accessory structure to a residence. No littoral vegetation will be removed. All work in the lake will occur between October 15 and December 31. The project will not result in significant adverse environmental effects to wetlands or riparian habitats. The Lake County Community Development Department has determined that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and is, therefore, exempt from the provisions of CEQA.
