PRC 8509.1 and PRC 9153, General Lease – Recreational Use; authorize issuance of a General Lease – Recreational Use beginning October 14, 2020, for a term of 10 years, for the construction, use, and maintenance of an existing joint-use pier, boat lift, and fish habitat rock piles; the continued use and maintenance of three mooring buoys previously authorized by the Commission and one existing mooring buoy not previously authorized by the Commission; and removal of one existing mooring buoy.

Therefore, the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and the above categorical exemption(s) apply(ies).
