- The project proposes to remove an existing pier and construct a new pier, gangway, and boatlift, two guest docks adjacent to the boatlift, a ramp and an elevated deck situated above the boatlift. The total combined area of the new 5’x 70’ pier; 3’x 30’ gangway; 16’x 28’ boatlift; two (2) 3’x 28’ guest docks adjacent to boatlift; 4’x 27’ ramp; and 16x 28’ elevated deck above the boatlift is 1,612 square feet.

- Reasons for Exemption
- Class 1 – Existing Facilities. The project is repair and replacement of a private accessory structure. No littoral vegetation will be removed. All work in the lake will occur between October 15 and December 31. The project will not result in significant adverse environmental effects to wetlands or riparian habitats. The Lake County Community Development Department has determined that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and is, therefore, exempt from the provisions of CEQA.
