- Patterson Irrigation District has agreed with the United States Bureau of Reclamation to convert its water service contract from the Central Valley Project to a repayment contract; and that contract has been negotiated as reflected in the Converted Contract between the United States and Patterson Irrigation District providing for Project and Replacement Water Service from Delta Division and Facilities Repayment pursuant to the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act (Pub. L. 114-322, 130 Stat. 1628).
