- Title Cont: Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2020-0228-R1) The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0228-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Double Down Farms, represented by Shelley Rodgers. The projects consist of the removal and replacement of three existing culverts that are either undersized, misaligned, and/or deformed, the excavation and recontouring of the road surface in seven locations to restore historic streamflow, the installation of one new rocked rolling dip, and the maintenance of one existing drainage ditch.

- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has determined that the Project is categorically exempt from review under CEQA pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Article 19, Sections 15301 and 15302. The projects consist of the maintenance of existing facilities (stream channels) on a private road, as well as the replacement and reconstruction of existing utility systems (culverts and road surfaces), involving negligible expansion of capacity.
