The 0.12-acre site is designated Low Density Residential (5-9 du/ac) and is subject to the La Jolla Shores Planned District Single-Family Zone (LJSPD-SF) pursuant to the La Jolla Community Plan area. The project is also subject to the Coastal (Appealable) Overlay Zone, Coastal Height Limit Overlay Zone, Parking Impact Overlay Zone (Beach & Coastal Impact), Residential Tandem Parking Overlay Zone, and Council District 1. The site is not included on any Government Code listing of hazardous waste sites.
