- The proposed project entails the approval of the Purchase and Sale Agreement with Global Student Housing, LLC to allow related documentation for the purchase of the motel building located'cl.t 7161 Kate Ila, Stanton and encumbering this property with a Regulatory agreement securing fifty-nine (50) years of affordable housing for this property; and the funding of the purchase of the mote I building located at 11850 Beach Boulevard, Stanton from Balubhai Go pal Pate 1, as trustee of the Balubhai Patel Revocable Trust and encumbering this property with a Regulatory Agreement securing sixty-two (62) years of affordable housing for this property. Both properties will provide Permanent Supportive Housing and affordable housing dwellings.
