- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-SIS-13767-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mrs. Chor Yang. The project has been proposed to remediate violations, as documented by CDFW, connected to unlicensed cannabis cultivation activities. The Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement includes the restoration of a disturbed stream channel and includes the removal of unconsolidated fill and debris, compaction of the disturbed area, minor recontouring of the stream channel, armoring the disturbed area within the stream with appropriately sized rock, and seed and mulching other disturbed areas within the riparian zone.

- The project is a result of a Notice of Violation and necessary to protect the environment by eliminating the present adverse impacts to the stream and fish and wildlife resources. This project includes only the remediation of a disturbed stream channel. This project, as carried out in accordance with the Agreement, poses no significant adverse impacts to endangered, rare or threatened species or their habitat.
