Document Description
CDCR currently leases an approximately 6,083 square foot office in Grass Valley. The project scope will involve a lease renewal and subsequent interior renovation of the existing office including reconfiguring the workstations and office spaces, replacing ceiling tiles, electrical fixtures and relocating some mechanical equipment. This project will provide proper training facility and program space for educational and rehabilitative needs of parolees in the Grass Valley area.
