Initial Study Checklist/Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Washington Blvd./All America City Blvd. Roundabout project. The project site is within the intersection of Washington Boulevard, All America City Boulevard, and Lincoln Street in the City of Roseville (City), Placer County. The project site extends approximately 400 feet along Washington Boulevard to the north and south, approximately 250 feet within All America City Boulevard to the west, and approximately 400 feet southeasterly along Lincoln Street. The City of Roseville is proposing to construct improvements at the unsignalized intersection of Washington Boulevard and All America City Boulevard and Lincoln Street. Improvements include installation of a roundabout that would maintain the multilane configuration of Washington Boulevard and would include single lane approaches and departures from All America City Boulevard on the west and dual entry and exit configuration at Lincoln Street on the east. The proposed project would include improvements for pedestrian and bicycle travel with a multiuse trail, bike lane, improvements to the existing crosswalk on All America City Boulevard, a new crosswalk across Lincoln Street and two new crosswalks on Washington Boulevard.
