Includes Variance to allow a new garage within the basement of an existing single-family dwelling to be located 7 feet, 7 inches from the Sutter Street property line (where 20 feet is normally required), a Minor Exception to allow a setback of 7 feet, 7 inches from the Sutter Street property line (where 10 feet is normally required), and a Minor Exception to allow the height of the existing dwelling to be increased to 36 feet (where 35 feet is normally allowed).
