The proposed Pacific Place Project is comprised of a three-story 152,745-square foot (sf) self-storage building with approximately 1,132 self-storage units, a 2,153 sf car wash, a recreational vehicle (RV) parking facility with 578 parking spaces, and a 5,000 sf office space on 4-parcels totaling approximately 14-acres (i.e., Artesia parcels) with anticipated industrial uses including a single-story building with up to 77,000 square-feet of building area consisting of 73,500 square-feet warehouse space and 3,500 square-feet of office space, and a proposed vacated roadway easement adjacent to the self-storage, car wash, and RV parking facility on four parcels totaling approximately 5.5. acres (i.e., McDonald Trust parcels) in the City of Long Beach, Los Angeles County, California. The Project area totals approximately 19.41 acres.
