Document Description
Final Mitigated Negative Declaration (FMND) for expansion of PG&E's Vierra Substation in Lathrop, CA. A new 1-mile double circuit 115kV power line would increase the reliability and capacity of the electric grid serving the cities of Lathrop and Manteca, for the purpose of avoiding power outages in Lathrop, Manteca, and surrounding communities. Upgrades within existing substation perimeter fence lines a 6 other remote substations: 5 in San Joaquin and 1 in Alameda Counties, and the addition of microwave dishes to existing telecommunications towers at Mount Oso in Stanislaus County.
