- The proposed Project consists of repairing an existing pier on Donner Lake. This includes the replacement and rehabilitation of existing deteriorated decking and piles. The decking will be replaced with Trex composite deck boards. The piles will be rehabbed through slipping UV PVC jackets over the wooden piles and filling them with concrete.
