Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a Use Permit for a 4.7-acre habitat restoration for CTS including creek restoration and breeding ponds, on a type 2 Williamson Act contracted 246.74-acre parcel. Project does not remove existing agricultural use. An erosion control plan will be implemented that will reduce the potential for erosion and sediment impacts. A vegetation plan will be implemented that will restore native vegetation in the project area.

The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the CEQA Guidelines pursuant to the Provisions of Title 14 of the California Administrative Code Section 15333 Small Habitat Restoration Projects as the project will enhance and create 4.7 acres of California Tiger Salamander habitat No exceptions listed under Section 15300.2 apply. There is no reasonable possibility that the project would have a significant effect on the environment.
