- The proposed project is a request for a Use Permit for a 4.7-acre habitat restoration for CTS including creek restoration and breeding ponds, on a type 2 Williamson Act contracted 246.74-acre parcel. Project does not remove existing agricultural use. An erosion control plan will be implemented that will reduce the potential for erosion and sediment impacts. A vegetation plan will be implemented that will restore native vegetation in the project area.
