- The proposed project would involve construction of two new buildings (Kinder Building West and East), a new Kinder play area, 18 new parking spaces (2 ADA Accessible), a new playground area, and a new fire lane north of the Kinder play area, along with associated landscaping, walkways and fencing. The proposed buildings (Kinder Building West and East) would include six kindergarten classrooms located in the southern portion of the campus along Childs Avenue.

With the removal of the five portable classrooms and the addition of six new classrooms (a net increase of one classroom), the new total classrooms would be 27. Therefore, the project would not exceed the 25 percent capacity or net 1 O classrooms threshold stated in Section 15314 of the CEQA Guidelines.
