Document Description
Little Last Chance, LLC is proposing to construct a paved road connection (Type D) within the California Department of Transportation’s (Caltrans) right-of-way along State Route 49 in Plumas County at post mile 6.21. The new road connection would serve as access for future agricultural or recreational uses, or a single-family residence. As part of the proposed improvements, a new culvert that is approximately 66 feet long and 24 inches in diameter would be installed in a roadside ditch. Rock slope protection would be placed around the inlet and outlet of the new culvert to prevent erosion. Other improvements include the removal of approximately 30 lineal feet of existing fence along the right-of-way limits, installation of a new Missouri gate, installation of new signage, and road striping. New signage and road striping would conform to Caltrans stand
