This project consists of a request to construct a 477,020 square foot warehouse and associated site improvements on a 26.94-acre parcel with a deviation to a portion of the landscape setback requirement in the M-2-SPD zone within the Army Depot SPD. The warehouse will include 114 dock doors, 192 trailer parking spaces, 563 vehicle parking spaces and will have a capacity of eight tenants. The request includes the demolition of an existing industrial building of approximately 90,000 square feet, and a Tree Permit to remove four private protected trees.
