Document Description
G.N. Gorman Museum at Nelson Hall project is to renovate 6,000 SF of space within the existing Nelson Hall on Old Davis Road, previously used by the Nelson Gallery. The G.N. Gorman Museum is relocating from their existing facilities in Hart Hall and Hoagland Hall. The project will complete interior renovations to Nelson Hall to create a main lobby and reception area, public restrooms, gallery space and collection storage, preparation zone, and support space, which includes staff offices, open workstations, library/conference room, janitorial space, A/V closet, mechanical room, restrooms, break room, and circulation space. The project includes exterior site paving and landscape feature to improve the building accessibility and aesthetics.
