The Elk Grove Specialty Clinic seeks to upgrade 2,000 ASF of existing interior space in the same building and adjacent to the existing clinic. The project would renovate existing interior space to allow for the expansion of the Elk Grove Specialty Clinic and PM&R therapies. The scope of work includes tenant improvement of existing lease space to provide four private therapy spaces, equipment storage, therapist work room, open gym, and open a connection to the existing clinic from the adjoining space.
