Adjustment 20-004 allows for a twenty percent setback reduction for an attached garage for an existing single-family residence was filed by the applicant and property owner, Neil Christman, in accordance with Chapter 17.76 (Adjustments) of the Town of Mammoth Lakes Municipal Code, for property located within the Residential Single Family (RSF) zoning district at 11 Red Fir Road. The proposed project meets all the requirements of the Design Guidelines for the Town of Mammoth Lakes, and the Mammoth Lakes Municipal Code.
