- Public draft Initial Study & Mitigated Negative Declaration for a project proposing to demolish the existing single-family home and structures onsite and subdivide the 4.5-acre property into 36 residential lots and two common lots that will contain a bioretention basin and public right-of-way dedication. Each residential lot will contain a two-story, single-family residential structure. Thirty of the units will be detached, and six will be attached. Inclusionary units onsite consist of four attached and one detached unit. Eleven of the residential structures will contain an attached junior accessory dwelling unit integrated into the building envelope of each structure. Offsite improvements include installation of a mid-block pedestrian crossing adjacent to the site, and bus shelters at existing transit stops in close proximity to the site.
