Document Description
This Project will demolish an existing pier that is located in the mapped Stream Mouth Protection Zone and will build a new pier at a new location. The new pier will extend from the high-water line to the TRPA pier headline. The existing pier will be removed, and the pier rights will be transferred to an adjacent parcel. Temporary impacts include the removal of the existing pier pilings but will be mitigated with construction BMPS and caissons. Permanent impacts include new pier pilings and pier decking in marginal habitat further from away from the Stream Mouth Protection Zone.
