Document Description
The project, as analyzed in the Environmental Impact Report, consists of two components: 1. The approval and execution of contracts between the Bureau of Reclamation and each Cross Valley Contractor that convert, pursuant to the WIIN Act, each Cross Valley Contractor's existing water supply contract for Central Valley Project (CVP) water to a repayment contract authorizing prepayment of outstanding CVP construction costs. 2. The approval and execution of contracts between the Bureau of Reclamation, Department of Water Resources (DWR) and each Cross Valley Contractor, that renew and update the terms of existing contracts for the conveyance of the Cross Valley Contractors’ CVP water until 2035. DWR’s role in this project pertains to component two of the project description above.
