Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0285-R5 Amendment - A2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Los Angeles County Flood Control District. The Project Amendment is limited to the pruning of selective trees that are in the line of sight of seismic surveys. Specific trees within the line of sight will be flagged and selectively pruned by tree workers under the supervision of an International Society of Arboriculture certified arborist. All trees and limbs will be selectively pruned to the least extent feasible, allowing for the survey to occur, but minimizing impacts to the habitat within the Protected Species Maintenance Area
