Document Description
The Department of Water Resources (DWR) plans to sandblast and recoat the inside of two air chambers at Polonia Pass Pumping Plant (POPP). A scaffold and containment unit will be built around the air chambers to prevent any material from entering the surrounding environment. This work is a necessary maintenance activity.
