Document Description
The Proposed Project includes the construction of a 4,800 square foot convenience store with twenty-one (21) parking spaces. There are eight (8) Auto-MPD's, sixteen (16) fueling positions, and two (2) truck diesel fueling islands associated with the convenience store. The auto fueling will feature unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel. The fuel will be stored in four (4) underground storage tanks, located on the southerly portion of the project site. There will be a maximum of three (3) employees on-site at all times during business hours. Proposed hours of operation consist of twenty-four (24) per day, seven (7) days per week.
