- Document Description
- Hart Park Peacock House Blight and Historic Rehabilitation Improvements Project consists of the historic preservation of the adobe house and structural stabilization for seismic safety, installation of fencing , narrative visitor information board, and related improvements. Phase II includes design, engineering and related studies, installation native landscaping, perimeter fencing and pedestrian walkways. Historic preservation actions are eligible activities under 24 CFR 570.202(d) as the site is a historic property under Section 106 and eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places under Criteria A and listed in a State or local inventory of historic places, or designated as a State or local landmark.
