- The Project is limited to the decommissioning, partial removal and abandoning in place of a previously existing 8-inch diameter refined petroleum products delivery pipeline designated LS-72 and using Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) to install a new pipeline approximately 20 feet north of the existing pipeline operated by SFPP, LP a subsidiary of Kinder Morgan. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0152-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to SFPP, LP as represented by Toya Cambell.
