Document Description
Minor Design Review request to construct an 89,100 sq ft. addition to the existing All Weather Architectural Aluminum facility located at 777 Aldridge Road. This action also approves a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) exception request to increase the maximum FAR from 0.40 to 0.46 and a Lot Line Adjustment to merge the two APNs. Project is consistent with the General Plan designation and zoning considered for the site in previously certified City of Vacaville General Plan Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) (State Clearinghouse No. 2011022043) and Final Supplemental EIR (SCH No. 2020090526), and no additional environmental review is required pursuant to CEQA Section 15183.
