Document Description
The project is limited to the construction of a concrete flared outfall structure on the bank of Russell Creek that accommodates a new 24-inch diameter stormwater pipe. The outfall structure will be located within existing grouted rock slope protection. No new grouted rock slope protection will be added as part of this project. The stormwater outfall will permanently impact approximately 90 square feet of Russell Creek and grading associated with the construction of the outfall will temporarily impact an additional 45 square feet.
