Document Description
The Project includes the construction of various water system infrastructure to meet drinking water quality standards. The Project components include the annexation of the territory of Frazier Mountain High School into the Lebec County Water District, drilling a new Well No. 4 with associated equipment, including a new building, diesel fuel tank, and power generator. The Project also includes a 0.63 mile water pipeline from the well site to the distribution system, a 0.33 mile pressure zone interconnection pipeline, a 1.3 mile pipeline to move water from Well No. 4 to the Chimney Canyon Storage Tank, a new 250 gallons-per-minute (gpm) booster pump station, and a 200,000-gallon water storage tank. Improvements at Frazier Mountain High School include construction of an approximately 1.8 mile drinking water pipeline, 25 gpm booster pump station, power generator with diesel fuel tank, a 203,000-gallon water storage tank for drinking water and fire protection purposes, and modification of the existing 120,000-gallon tank’s plumbing to designate for irrigation purposes.
