Project consists of the sale and assignment of 30 square feet of restoration credit from Conservancy owned land to a receiving parcel. The assignment will satisfy Lahontan Regional Water Quality Control Board and/or Tahoe Regional Planning Agency permit requirements for maintenance and replacement of an existing electric utility pole, tree removal, and utility line replacement and excavation. The assignment enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage within the Lake Tahoe Basin.
