- The proposed tentative subdivision map is consistent with the land use designations shown in the Reynolds Ranch Planned Development, and which was considered in the 2006 Final Environmental Impact Report and the 2008 Addendum. Because the land use and density of development proposed by the project (single family homes at Low and Medium densities) are the same as the project examined in those documents, there is no evidence that any of the impacts identified would be substantially increased or made more severe.
