Document Description
The project proposes to rehabilitate deteriorated roadways on Route 49 by adding cold plane 0.2’ asphalt concrete pavement and replacing asphalt concrete surfacing with 0.2’ hot mix asphalt. The purpose of this project is to preserve the existing facility and prevent further deterioration of the roadway.
