Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0431-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Coastal Haven Families LLC as represented by Philippe Habib. The proposed project is limited to the diversion of water from Pogonip Creek to irrigate 4.2-acres of agricultural land. The proposed project will use a 50 gallon per minute pump to divert approximately 6.5-acre feet of water per year from Pogonip Creek. Minor sediment and debris clearing, by using shovels or other hand tools, may occur to clean the water intake and screen.
