- Caltrans is proposing to make drainage improvements at five separate locations on State Route 203. Deficiencies at these locations include ponding, icing, and uncontrolled runoff. The purpose of this project is to improve roadway drainage by redirecting roadway runoff and reducing the potential for icing. Proposed solutions include installing curb and gutter, slot drains and possibly a new culvert. Some minor trenching will be required.
