Document Description
The California Department of Transportation proposes culvert work at 48 locations on State Route 49 near Oakhurst in Madera County from 0.17 mile north of Junction State Route 41 to 0.19 mile south of Madera/Mariposa County line, postmiles 0.17 to 9.01. No new right-of-way would be required. The project will replace existing culverts and pave inverts. At postmile 1.68 (location 4), the culvert will only be accessed from the roadway deck and all work will be performed when the culvert is dry. A drainage pipe will be inserted at postmile 3.96 (location 21).
