- Caltrans would perform preventative maintenance on four bridges at various locations on Highway 3 and Highway 299 in Trinity County. The proposed project would make repairs to 4 bridges in order to prevent further deterioration with any combination of, but not limited to, the following improvements: remove and replace the bridge deck surface, replace guardrail to current standards, replace bridge deck and joint seals, replace bridge bearings, remove and replace unsound concrete, replace anchor bolts and anodes.
