Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-SCL-14915-R3, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Bhavani Yerrapotu/Santa Clara Valley Water District. The purpose of the Major Amendment (2) of the Project is to repair sites 1, 2, 9, and 10 from scour that occurred during the storms of 2023/2024 by adding riprap at all sites, and a concrete weir at sites 9 and 10. Additional repairs will occur at sites 9 and 10 from sinkholes behind sheet pile walls by filling cement slurry and native soil. An existing access ramp will be regraded to provide better access.
