The purpose of the Project is to replace approximately 67 foot segment of pipeline. Of the 67 feet, approximately 12 feet are currently exposed near in the Carroll Canyon creek bed. The replacement pipe with be installed 8 feet below existing grade and the site will be returned to pre-project condition.
