Document Description
The proposed project will include the replacement of the existing HVAC system components. Two chillers will be replaced with one new chiller. Existing cooling towers will be removed. Two multi-zone units located in Mechanical Rooms 1 and 2 will be removed and replaced with new units. New building and equipment controls will also be implemented. Power will be provided to all new mechanical equipment, as well as new curb and structural anchorage. At installation of the new mechanical equipment, the roof shall be patched.
