Document Description
California Department of Water Resources (DWR) will convey up to 5,300 acre-feet of Central Valley Project (CVP) water to TLBWSD. The CVP water (Non-Project Water) consists of up to 1,300 acre-feet from Mercy Springs Water District and up to 4,000 acre-feet from Fresno Slough Water District. The United States Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) will make the Non-Project Water available to DWR at O’Neill Forebay for subsequent delivery by DWR to TLBWSD’s turnouts in Reaches 8C and 8D of the California Aqueduct under Article 55 of TLBWSD’s Water Supply Contract with DWR.
