The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SCL-17916-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Bhavani Yerrapotu/Santa Clara Valley Water District. The Project will involve retrofitting the existing tide gate. Construction elements will include creating a deep foundation system, overlaying polyester polymer concrete on the structure, replacing fence and catwalk plates, and creating a maintenance access under the structure.
