Caltrans proposes to re-stripe the pavement and modify signs at the Interstate 15/State Route 94 Interchange on Interstate 15 postmile 2.37 in the City of San Diego in San Diego County. Temporary construction easements will be needed for work outside of Caltrans right-of-way. The purpose of this project is to reduce vehicles from entering the gore. This project is needed due to past incidents of drivers violating the current striping and entering the gore to access the High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lane.
