Reasons for Exemption
Project consists of limited ground disturbance and plumbing to existing water service lines for the purpose of installing water meter enclosures and water meters. Some properties will require trenching from the water main to property to replace water main or separate water service. Areas around meters and any trenching will be backfilled and restored to existing conditions whether in landscape, concrete or asphalt.
