The Roseville Environmental Utilities Department Stormwater Division proposes implementation of a creek and riparian restoration and water quality improvement project. The project includes habitat enhancement over an approximately 1.3 acre site including creation of vegetated bioswales, sediment capture plantings, and increase bank stabilization (i.e., biotechnical plantings) to prevent further sedimentation and the loss of habitat within the Dry Creek watershed.
