Document Description
The Adelanto City Council adopted a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND SCH 2020090176) and approved a Conditional Use Permit (CUP 19-09) authorizing construction and operation of the Baldy Mesa Solar Project. The Project now seeks two minor CUPs to more precisely delineate that BESS portion of the project to include the existing 75 MW, and the proposed 50 MW, for a total of 125 MW.
