Document Description
The Project involves a minor amendment to Condition of Approval 8 in the Amended ITP to allow the Permittee an additional 6 months to complete the compensatory mitigation requirement. The amendment to the ITP will not increase the impacts or mitigation as stated in the original ITP. This is to advise that CDFW, acting as a Responsible Agency, approved the above-described project on October 24, 2024 and has made the following determinations regarding the project pursuant to California Code of Regulations section 15096, subdivision.
