- The proposed project involves the maintenance, replacement, or removal of existing stream crossings, and is necessary to minimize risk of failure and impacts from sediment to the stream systems. This project, as carried out in accordance with the Agreement, poses no significant adverse impacts to endangered, rare or threatened species or their habitat. Abutments to an existing bridge will be armored to protect against erosion from road runoff and scour from high flow events.

- The proposed project involves the maintenance, replacement, or removal of existing stream crossings, and is necessary to minimize risk of failure and impacts from sediment to the stream systems. This project, as carried out in accordance with the Agreement, poses no significant adverse impacts to endangered, rare or threatened species or their habitat. An undersized 4 inch pipe and excess fill material will be excavated and removed to place an appropriately sized 18 inch culvert in the same location. This project is necessary to abate the obstruction of flow and prevent the crossing from washout and sediment delivery to the stream system.

- The proposed project involves the maintenance, replacement, or removal of existing stream crossings, and is necessary to minimize risk of failure and impacts from sediment to the stream systems. This project, as carried out in accordance with the Agreement, poses no significant adverse impacts to endangered, rare or threatened species or their habitat. An existing rusted 24 inch culvert will be replaced with a new 24 inch culvert within the same footprint of the existing crossing. Armoring of the fill faces will be conducted to protect the crossing fill and to minimize sediment impacts to the watershed.

An existing undersized 24-inch culvert will be removed and the stream channel restored to natural habitat.This project is necessary to eliminate risk of crossing failure and restore the stream channel to as near natural conditions as feasible.
